Our Dreampod Sport has been around for many years but after 2020 we saw the need to create a product that was reasonably priced, reliable, beautiful, and a great entry point for those new to the float world.

The Sport has everything you need to get started with your Business. It’s compact, but comfortable and capable of floating someone 7 feet tall. The internal structure and design are the exact same as our flagship V2 pod and the big brother, the V-max.

With an easy to operate wired control panel, you can control the temperature, the LED inside the pod, run the chemical injector for easy sanitisation, and set the time for each float session. The filtration system comes with a 10 micron filter, built in UV sanitasation, and an inline heater. We made it simple and easy to operate and use every day.

Warranty

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath and Cold Plunge Barrel against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath Flex and Cold Plunge Barrel Flex against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS for the inflatable PVC material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longe

Return & Refund Policy

• All return and refund customer communication will be handled by the authorized retailer.
• The customer has a 30-day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging.
• The customer must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
• Once the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
• After inspecting the item, we will provide you with an update on the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, we will issue a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost.
• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the sales price will be charged to cover expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.
